Winner will be randomly chosen from all iChill "fans” on Facebook prior to September 8th, 2009 and iChill "fans" on Facebook who have posted the contest to their profile using the social sharing chicklet hosted on the website www.ichillbelize.com and the Official iChill Page on Facebook on or after September 8th, 2009; @iChillDave Twitter followers prior to September 8th, 2009 and @iChillDave Twitter followers who have tweeted a post including "#iChillBelize" and "@iChillDave" on or after September 8th, 2009; and mail/e-mail entrants as of October 31, 2009 at 11:59 CST when the contest ends. To enter, entrants must become iChill "fans” on Facebook, @iChillDave followers on Twitter, e-mail their desire to enter to contest@ichill.com or mail a letter expressing a desire to enter to: Chill Beverages, LLC.

Prize & Odds

The following grand prize will be awarded: A 7-night Belize All Inclusive Package for 2 adults (18 years or older) at Coco Plum Island Resort. Winners must be 18 years or older and legal US resident. The prize can be scheduled with 30 days notice to iChill.

Participation

Contest begins August 26, 2009 and is open to legal U.S. residents, void in Puerto Rico. Chance of winning is based on number of entrants. Taxes are responsibility of winner. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter as of October 31, 2009. Employees and immediate relatives of Figueroa Brothers/iChill and anyone involved in this promotion's production, development or handling are not eligible to enter. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's headline, name and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Selection of the Winners/Validation

Winners will be selected on or about November 10, 2009, by David and Greg Figueroa of iChill Beverages, LLC. whose decisions on all aspects of the sweepstakes are final. Entrants may enter three times – by becoming a Facebook friend and posting the contest to his or her profile, becoming a Twitter follower and tweeting a post including "#iChillBelize" and "@iChillDave", and by sending their contact information via mail or email. All decisions of the judges are final on all aspects of the contest. By taking part in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions. The winner will be notified by telephone, direct message (on Facebook or Twitter) e-mail or mail. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility. Entries, which are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible. All submissions become the property of iChill and will not be acknowledged or returned.
